Michelle is a 2003 graduate from the University of Southern MS, where she graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She then continued her education at the University of West Alabama, earning her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology in 2005. She also attended William Carey University, where she did the emergency route and took the Praxis 1 and 2 test for teaching elementary education.
Michelle is married is Pastor Oved Dunaway, Jr. He is the full-time Pastor at Life Church of God. He is also a part-time certified law enforcement officer. They have four girls: Halee (24), Aly (18), Gracie (14), and Bella (8). Halee is an LPN and married to Michael, who is a recruiter for the National Guard. Halee and Michael have a son, Axel.
